Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. PaganEDC offers a 30-day return period, meaning you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. This voluntary return policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Returns
To request a return or cancellation, sign in to your customer account or contact us at info@paganedc.com.
For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, returned with their original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase may be required.

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect item, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned where permitted by applicable law, including:
- custom-made products;
- products made to your specifications;
- clearly personalised items.
Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.
Sale and discounted items are subject to the same statutory consumer return rights as full-price items.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, size or design, please contact us. In most cases, the simplest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, except where a legal exception applies.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@paganedc.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
You may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised products.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods under the right of withdrawal, provided this was disclosed before purchase.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.
For returns under the EU statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for your order. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Under EU withdrawal rules, refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy outside the statutory withdrawal period, approved refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
